This group dance class provides unique ways of learning different cultural dance moves as a form of exercise. The intensity of the class varies depending on the pace of the music, so expect to groove and shake.
This class is divided into three segments: First, 30-35 minutes of dance aerobics; second, 10-15 minutes of either floor workout or High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout; third, 10 minutes for a cool-down stretch session.
