Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager to oversee, direct, coordinate, and lead all food and beverage services and related business operations at the new Four Walls Wine & Cocktail Bar. The Manager will have responsibility for delivering a high-quality menu and excellent customer experience for club members and guests; developing and enforcing standard operating procedures for efficient operations; staff management, including hiring, training, and motivating staff to provide and maintain excellent customer-service standards; overseeing compliance with all health and safety regulations; excellent business management, including effective sales and marketing promotions, as well as regular forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting.

The goal is to maximize revenues and profits through customer satisfaction and employee engagement and to maintain and exceed objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.


  • Establishes restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand; conferring with people in the community; identifying and evaluating competitors; preparing financial, marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates.
  • Controls purchases and inventory by meeting with account manager; negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports; analyzing variances; taking corrective actions.
  • Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures; implementing production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards; determining and implementing system improvements.
  • Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred patrons.
  • Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs and followed and completed on a timely basis.
  • Develop a relationship with regular customers
  • Follow food and safety regulations

  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service
  • Assist with marketing events
  • Hire and train new restaurant staff


The successful candidate will be expected to be familiar with and/or be able to learn and utilize various tools of the trade, including but not limited to:
